2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.2 Single Account

Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in suspension or permanent closure of all related accounts and cancellation of any earned bonuses.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All details provided during registration — name, mobile number, date of birth — must be truthful and accurate. tp77 reserves the right to close any account where false information has been provided.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.

• Sharing or selling your account to a third party is prohibited.
• Account transfers are not permitted.
• Placing bets on behalf of others is not allowed.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tp77 supports transactions through the following mobile banking methods only:

• Nagad — Digital payment service of Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — Mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This timeframe may vary under special circumstances.

3.4 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption. tp77 will never ask for your password or payment PIN via phone or message.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, for a total of ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Bonus funds must be wagered 15 times before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses are only usable on games and markets designated by tp77.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If wagering is not completed within the set period after receiving a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, tp77 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any bonus.

4.4 VIP Program

Regular players can participate in the tp77 VIP program. There are four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — with weekly cashback benefits of 0.4%, 0.8%, 1.1%, and 1.5% respectively. Advancement to higher tiers depends on player activity and engagement.

5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tp77. Violating these rules may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of associated funds:

• Providing false or misleading information on an account
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Creating artificial betting patterns to abuse bonus offers
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems
• Using bots or automated software to place bets
• Attempting to access another user's account
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game

We actively monitor all suspicious activity. If a rule violation is proven, tp77 reserves the right to close the account without prior warning.

6 Gaming & Betting Rules

6.1 General Rules

All games and betting activities on tp77 are conducted under the principles of fair play. The outcome of all games is determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial and unbiased.

6.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a game result or transaction, contact our support team within 7 days of the date of the incident. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error causes an abnormal or incorrect result, that bet or game will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded. Any winnings obtained by taking advantage of a technical error will not be considered valid.

6.4 Sports Betting

Every bet placed on sports betting is considered final. In the event of odds changes, match cancellations, or postponements, the bet-specific rules stated in the relevant market will apply.

7 Responsible Gaming

7.1 Setting Limits

7.2 Self-Exclusion

9 Limitation of Liability

tp77 bears no direct liability for matters related to the software of game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and others). However, we will assist in resolving all issues promptly.

9.3 Claims for Damages

In any case, tp77's maximum liability shall be equal to the amount deposited by the player in connection with the relevant incident.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure at Player's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. Any withdrawable balance in your account at the time of the request will be returned to your registered payment method.

10.2 Suspension by tp77

tp77 may immediately suspend or close any account if there is suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

10.3 Funds in Suspended Accounts

For accounts closed due to rule violations, tp77 reserves the right to hold funds until the investigation is complete.

11 Right to Amend Terms

tp77 reserves the right to modify, revise, or update these Terms at any time. Registered players will be notified in advance of significant changes.

Continued use of the platform after changes to the Terms will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. Therefore, it is recommended that you visit this page regularly.

12 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute or legal issue, resolution through discussion will be prioritized.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be inapplicable or void for legal reasons, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
